I was one of the lucky ones who got to see the World Series from a big screen in the Civic Center. Fifty-six years after winning our last title back when we were in New York, it has definitely been a long time coming. I think one of the sweetest moments of winning the World Series was seeing this man jubilantly hugging his elderly father and saying, "You've waited your whole life for this!"
