Dear Loyal Readers (or unfortunate soul who accidentally clicked on the "Next Blog" button and ended up on my humble site),
I'm moving! I'm importing all of my content here to my new blog on Wordpress. For now, I'll be updating both blogs while I get used to Wordpress. However, I may eventually choose one and abandon the other. We'll see how it goes. Of course, abandoning a blog doesn't mean I'm abandoning you. It's like moving to a new city. It doesn't mean you ditch all of your old friends from home in order to become a loner! No matter what, I'll still be around to post and to read and comment on your blogs.
[On a side note: I'm noticing that the later it is at night, the shorter my sentences get. Sorry if this reads like a telegram.]
This summer, I'm working on The September Project and in order to edit the site, I needed to set up a Wordpress account. I figured that I'd set up an account just to get a user ID and leave the blog alone. After all, why would I abandon this blog right after it's first birthday? That would be too cruel. But then I saw how cool Wordpress was. So many design options! So many unexplored gadgets! And then I realized that I could have my cake and eat it too. By that, of course I mean I can start using my Wordpress account without having to start completely over again. I just imported all of my posts and comments from this blog into my new Wordpress blog.
So there you have it. I still love Blogger and everything it's taught me, but I figured it was time for a change. Here's the link to my new blog on Wordpress.
Please check it out and don't stop following me! That would be like moving into a new city and having all of your friends end all contact with you because they think that you changing locations will make you into a completely different person. I promise I'm still the same old quirky and awkward person. I'm just a mouse click away!
Cheers,
Teresa
