I went downtown to volunteer with a few friends at the 29th annual KGO Cure-a-Thon , which raises money for cancer research at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. It's basically a 24 hour radio program where people can call in and donate money to help find a cure for cancer.
KGO is associated with ABC. Here's my friend Steffi and me in front of the studio.

We worked about 3 hours answering phones and recording people's pledges/donations. I did it last year and it was a lot of fun then too.
Here's the scoreboard where they keep record of how much money had been donated so far.
Steffi and I wandered around the halls of ABC studios a bit (Shhh. Don't tell anyone). We took pictures with framed posters of ABC shows.
Here's me with Grey's Anatomy! It's blurry because we were in a rush, due to the fact that we weren't supposed to be wandering around.
If you would like to support cancer research at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, please do so at this link. Thanks!
