Frustrations with photo uploaders

So, I wanted to add a slideshow to my sidebar, but I couldn't figure out how. I tried doing it through Flickr and Photobucket. Then, I went to "Edit Layout" on Blogger and tried to add the slideshow page element. It took me a while to find a site that explained how I could make it work. Instead of adding the slideshow page element, I clicked on the "Add HTML/Javascript" button. It worked! So now I have a slideshow of my little craft projects.
